Aro Ling Cardiff - April Newsletter

Aro Ling Cardiff is now open daytime Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, Saturday mornings (where possible)

Call in any time we're open to enjoy personal practice, meditation, a quiet space, to browse the library books, or to share a chat and a cuppa with Ngakma Nor’dzin.

The meditation group is on Tuesday evenings 7 – 8:30, everyone is welcome.

Saturday Samplers

We will be running a series of teachings on Saturday mornings from 10-12.  These give a taste of the teachings a practices of the lineage.  A donation is requested of £10 adults, £3 children

May 3rd : meditation – what is it, why do it? – with Ngakma Nor’dzin
May 10th : namkha – weaving thread crosses – with Ngakma Shé-zèr
May 17th : photography – visual awareness – with Ngakpa ’ö-Dzin
May 24th : amulets – woven designs – with Ngakma Nor’dzin
May 31st : music, song & instruments – come and try playing drums, bells and cymbals
June 7th : sKu-mNyé (Tibetan Yoga) – with Naljorma Dzü’drül
June 17th : Tibetan medicine – the Aro system – with Ngakma Nor’dzin

Please note: Aro Ling Cardiff will be closed daytime 17 – 26 April because we are on pilgrimage in Nepal, but the Tuesday meditation group on 22nd April will still run, hosted by Ngakpa Samten.
