MEDITATION FOR ALL
with Anthony Harris

The meditation will be led by Anthony Harris – a qualified psychotherapist, who started learning the techniques of meditation in 1980. These techniques have been handed down from teacher to student since the time of the Buddha. Anthony’s main teachers are from the Samye Ling Tibetan Monastery in Scotland. He has been running meditation classes on a regular basis for the last 10 years as part of Rokpa Cardiff – a branch of Samye Ling Monastery. After a busy day at work, or shopping in Cardiff, why not call in on your way home and learn how to be ‘more happy’ and ‘less stressed’ by learning these techniques for yourself. The meditation instruction is open to everyone.
There will be a donation bowl left out for the classes.
